This information document provides an overview of the Fifth Session of the Tokyo Convention Committee held in conjunction with the Third Asia-Pacific Network of National Information Centres (APNNIC) Plenary and the Eighteenth Session of the 1983 Regional Convention Committee. The sessions took place from 22–24 November 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand, and focused on strengthening cooperation and recognition of qualifications in higher education across the Asia-Pacific region.
